Excel Extension for Argus Developer Real Estate Tool

Argus Software is known as a projections and analysis tool in the real estate industry. Our Excel specialist team developed an extension for this tool in Excel, which analyzes Real Estate Data. Using an interactive form, users choose what data to be imported and the type of calculation to be done on the imported data. A series of analyses is performed and the results are inputted into the visual section.

Our Excel experts arrived at an applied solution which was to automate the process of importing data from other Workbooks to a master workbook. Generating reports, which consist of charts and data summary, was also automated. A considerable challenge in this project was dealing with advanced formulas to analyze the data. We succeeded by understanding the business concept of our client and providing suitable analysis methods.
